Probation Policy

The minimum GPA required for all students to remain off probation during their entire college tenure is:

• Freshmen: 1.35
• Sophomore: 1.45
• Junior: 1.55
• Senior: 1.65

Graduation Policy:

• The minimun GPA that a student needs to maintain in order to graduate is 2.00.

Academic Calendar System:

• Quarter System (four terms comprise academic year)

Summer Sessions:

• Two summer sessions of 4-1/2 weeks each.

New student orientation:

• Orientation for new students is held in January, March, June, July, and September.

• 17% continue immediately.
