Upper-division institution; no students enter as freshmen. All students
enter as transfers. Minimum of 27 semester hours (45 quarter hours) and
minimum 2.0 GPA required. Lowest course grade accepted is "C." At least
45 quarter hours must be completed at the university to receive degree.
