Probation Policy

The minimum GPA required for all students to remain off probation during their entire college tenure is:

• Freshmen: 2.00
• Sophomore: 2.00
• Junior: 2.00
• Senior: 2.00

Graduation Policy:

• The minimun GPA that a student needs to maintain in order to graduate is 2.00.

Academic Calendar System:

• Semester System (two terms comprise academic year)

Summer Sessions:

• Two summer sessions, one of five weeks (days) and one of eight weeks (evenings).

New student orientation:

• Orientation for new students is held in June and July.

• 5% continue within one year.
